Although here at Serendipity we pride ourselves on our personal attention and care from our qualified staff, we cannot guarantee that at busier times we will be able to spend a prolonged period of time with you every time you visit.

If you prefer one to one training, or need that little bit extra motivation, or more in depth guidance then personal training may be the way forward for you.

Our fully qualified PT’s will help you to take your training to another level, not only can they guide and motivate you, but the individual support and encouragement from a personal trainer is an invaluable tool for achieving your goals. Their unending knowledge is there for you every step of the way, and the workouts will always offer variety and a fun way to workout.

Whether it be half an hour targeted training, an hour session tailored to your needs or a workout with you and a friend or 2, we offer sessions to suit everybody.
