With both Instuctor led and Virtual classes 2019 is the perfect time to start your Spin journey. Please see a member of staff to set up a Virtual class.

How to book a class?

please see reception staff or call 01757 290299 up to 6 days in advance. Spaces are limited and available on a first come first served basis. Due to small class sizes we require 24 hours notice to cancel or a £4.50 charge will be applied. For none members, yoga and pilates are now £8 per class due to our new studio and small group pt style all other classes £4.50.
